Notes:

1. One author registration will cover a paper within 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. One author registration will also include 1 free participation, and other authors should be registered as Presenter/Listener;

2. One Presenter/Listener registration will cover: 1) access to all sessions; 2) conference materials and handbag; 3) coffee break, lunch buffet on the conference day;

3. Accepted papers must be registered by the deadline, or they will not be published;
